So sorry to hear of this. She was my High School Teacher and one of the best there was. I'm now a teacher as well and use some of her classroom tactics. I will always cherish her because she encouraged me and would not let me quit.~ Priscilla Davis Durham, NC
Ms. Kirkpatrick was one of the most influential teachers in my life. She was no nonsense and you held you accountable but you knew that she always had your best interests at heart. RIP Ms. Kirkpatrick.~ Andrea Graper Ashe Dacula, GA
It was a great honor and privilegde to have known such a wonderful educator as Ms. Shirley Kirkpatrick. She was my Psychology teacher at Westover High School. She was both a mother figure and role model to me. She was very supportive of me when my mother died my senior year in high school. She have inspired many students, and her legacy lives on in their minds and hearts. She will truly be missed.~ Arrie B. Newberry, Jr. Leesburg, GA
