Ms. Joyce Fletcher Washington, 72, of Albany, Georgia departed this life on Saturday, January 2, 2021 at her residence in Albany, Georgia. Homegoing Celebration will be held on Friday, January 8, 2021 at 1:00pm in the Miles- Baker Cemetery, Hwy 76 East Crenshaw, Georgia. Meadows Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
