Mr. Clinton Fowler, 69, of Leesburg, Georgia departed this life Friday, November 27, 2020 at his residence in Leesburg, Georgia. Homegoing Celebration will be held on Friday, December 4, 2020 at 12:00 P.M. at The Andersonville National Cemetery, 760 Pow Road, Andersonville, GA 31711. Meadows Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Clinton (Bear) Fowler was born to the late Mr. Felton
Fowler and the late Nella Mae Malone.
Clinton attended and graduated from Monroe High
School. Later he joined the U.S. Army where he served
three years until he was honorably discharged.
He departed this life on November 27, 2020 in the comfort
of his home. He was preceded in death by his parents, two
siblings, his baby girl, Lorraine Ingram, and several aunts
and uncles.
Clinton leaves to cherish his memories three devoted sons,
Reginald Thomas, Atlanta, GA, Preston (Lois) Fowler,
Colorado, Torey (Lashondra), Atlanta, GA; one sister,
Dawanda Fowler, New Jersey; one brother, F.W. Fowler,
Albany, GA; devoted friend/ex-wife, Patsy Stone; two
devoted step-daughters, Kimberly (Clinton), Terri
Kayretia (Darius) Swatts, Tallahassee, FL; an aunt, Betty
Williams, Albany, GA; nine grandchildren; devoted
cousins, Bertha; best friends, Joe Poole and Authur Lee
Jackson, both of Albany, GA; very close friends, Sandra
(Arthur) Hall, Elaine (Calvin) Stone, Barbara (Walter)
Wiggins, Emily Burton, Sammie (Sherylyn) Stone, Jr.,
Elder David (Michelle) Stone and a host of nieces,
nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
