Mr. Larry Bodiford, 61, of Camilla, Georgia departed this life Monday, September 14, 2020 at his residence in Camilla, Georgia. Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 19, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. in the Red Hill Cemetery, Hwy 37 East, Camilla, Georgia. Meadows Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Larry L. Bodiford, Sr. was born August 16, 1959 to Clyde Hill Bodiford in Camilla, Georgia, Mitchell County.

Larry accept Christ as his savior and joined Bethel Missionary Baptist Church at an early age.

He attended the Mitchell County Public School System.

Larry was employed by the Brooks Pecan Company for many years until his health failed.

He departed this life on September 14, 2020. He is preceded in death by his mother; his brother, Jasper Bodiford, Jr.; his nephew, Stacy Jones; his brother-in-law, William Jackson. Larry leaves a legacy to cherish his memories, a son, Larry Bodiford, Jr., Camilla, GA; two sisters, Mary (Ulysses) Silas, Camilla, GA, Patricia Jackson, Camilla, GA; a brother, Daniel Bodiford, Camilla, GA; his grandchildren, Eli Bodiford, Noah Bodiford, Chakyia Bodiford, Zion Bodiford, Jaden Bodiford, Alana Brown; an aunt, Eloise Hill, Miami, FL; a special niece, Kronya Davis, Camilla, GA; a niece, Kimbreia Silas, Camilla, GA; nephews, Roderick Bodiford, Eldrick Bodiford, Craig Jones, Jasper Bodiford, III, Alex Bodiford, all of Camilla, GA and a host of other relatives and friends.
