Glenn Hinton, 56, passed away March 20, 2020 in Chattanooga. He was born on August 6, 1963 to Willie and Polly Hinton in Chattanooga, TN. Glenn attended Riverside High School, and worked as a security guard at Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport.  He was a member of World’s Church of The Living God. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Charlie and Cleo Gilbert, John and Velma Hinton. Survivors include his parents, Willie Earl and Polly Evelyn Hinton; brothers, Elisha O. Hinton, Don Heard, Bron Heard; sister, Flora Pickett; 4 aunts, 11 cousins; a host of other relatives and friends. Services will be held privately. Arrangements by John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Avenue, 622-9995.

    I am sending my sincere thoughts and prayers to Brother and Sister Hinton at the loss of the oldest son. I’ve known him since he was a very small child. I talked with him every time I saw him and he always had a smile on his face. He was a kind and gentle soul. May he Rest In Peace.
