The FCA and athletic community of northwest Georgia mourns with the Bell family in the death of Volonte. A wonderful, impactful young man. The late Rev. Billy Graham said "that a coach impacts more people in a year than most people impact in a lifetime." Volonte will be greatly missed.

Volonte was such a sweet man and a glowing smile for Jesus!! We talked alot about how Jesus was interacting in our lives and he'd come see me at work! He was a ray of sunshine that brightened everyone's day. We don't know God's plan for our lives but I know when he got to those pearly gates, he was greeted with a "Well done my son, now you are home"! I miss you Volonte!! See you again one day!

"There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens: a time to be born and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to uproot, a time to kill and a time to heal, a time to tear down and a time to build, a time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance, a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them, a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing, a time to search and a time to give up, a time to keep and a time to throw away, a time to tear and a time to mend, a time to be silent and a time to speak, a time to love and a time to hate, a time for war and a time for peace." ~ Ecclesiastes 3:1-8.I had the pleasure of meeting Volonte at Hunter Middle School,he was always smiling and laughing, telling jokes or taking about sports he was always a joy to be around. We also ventured into high school together always a grade ahead he was always that guy to make sure that I was okay.It was so heartbreaking to see him go,him and Vonn have became part of my family. My little cousin Wes and Vonn are best friends and with Volonte they were like the ultimate brotherhood. It was rare that you'd see one of them without the other.Condolences to the Bell family we will forever and always be your family.May God continue to keep you,his words encourage, you strengthen you,and uplift you during this trying time.
