Fredrick Jermaine Ervin, 48, passed away Saturday, January 18, 2020 in Chattanooga. He was a 1991 graduate of Ooltewah High School.  He was employed by Siskin Steele at the time of his death.   He was well known for his self-employed contractor skills. Anything regarding a house, “Fred” could do it.  He was preceded in death by father, Freddie L. Ervin; step-father, Allen Johnson; step-brothers, Tyrone Doss and Alvin Johnson. Cherishing his memories are his wife, Patricia Ervin; son, Xaveon Little; daughters, Niya O’shea Ervin and Jaylah Love; mothers, Glenda Lyons and Ollie Johnson; sisters, Sharon Ervin, Ethel Ervin and Tanisha Johnson; brothers, Jeffrey Lyons and Leroy Lyons; 4 grandchildren; an aunt; a host of other cousins, nephews, and nieces. Public viewing will begin at 2:00 pm Saturday, January 25, 2020 at the funeral home, followed by a funeral service at 3:00 pm in the chapel.  Arrangements by John P.
