Montez Ladel Grady, 47, passed away December 28, 2019.  He was a 1991 graduate of Brainerd High School.  He received his Associate's Degree in Mass Communication from Chattanooga State Technical Community College. He was preceded in death by father, Crowley Banks; sister, Angelique "Angie" Lattimore; grandfather, O'Neal Grady; aunt, Florence "Peaches" Phillips.  He leaves to cherish his memories his Mother, Valarie Bray; sisters Nichole and Robin Bray; brothers, Antonia Mahummad Lattimore, Billy Smith; grandmother, Bessie Grady; nieces, Kiara Tolliver, Kamory Mayes, Meleah and Marriah Geiger, Kelly Lattimore, Quineisha and Rameisha Scott; nephews, Timothy Tolliver, Carlton Knox, Ronnie Ringer, Brandon, Bryant and Brayden Smith; aunt, Bertha Gladden; cousins, Tonanny Jackson, Eric Parks and Corey Tazwell; devoted friends, Nichol Buchanan, Ricky Hinton, Derric Jackson, Sean Montgomery, Wendell Brooks, Elton Douglas; godson, Albert House, Jr., and a host of other relatives, friends. and dedicated classmates.   Public viewing will begin at 10:00 am Saturday, January 4, 2019 at Olivet Baptist Church, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 pm with Bishop Kevin Adams officiating.  Interment: Lakewood Memory Gardens East.
