I am very saddened by the loss of a longtime friend and very special person to all of us. Death as we know in this world is a part of life that we sometime find hard to accept. Please know that GOD is a stronghold in the time of your distress - Nahum 1:7. I will always remember Brother Melvin as one who enjoyed life and would “crack” a joke in a heartbeat. Rest well, Brother Melvin, for you have fought a good fight and have now been promoted in the Lord’s army.

I am so sorry for the passing of your loved one, please accept my sincere condolences.I can only imagine the memories the family and friends shared will forever hold a special place in your hearts and minds.  Our heavenly Father, Jehovah God, assures us that one day He will put an end to death and our loved ones will live again by means of the resurrection.-John 5:28,29; Isaiah 25:8. May the God of all comfort, grant you peace and comfort now during this time of sadness.-Matt.5:4; 2Cor.1:3,4.
