Jerline Christine Johnson, 64, a native and lifelong residence of St. Augustine, FL was born on Thursday, September 9, 1954 to Robert Stillman Sr. & Evelyn Sanks in St. Augustine, FL.  She received all of her educational experiences in the St. Johns County School District.  Subsequently, she graduated from St. Augustine High School; class of 1972.  As an adolescent, Jerline accepted the Lord as her personal Saviour.  She was a faithful and dedicated member to Mt. Moriah Christian Fellowship under the leadership of Rev. Ronald Stafford.  Jerline never complained about serving the Lord, her church, nor her pastor.  She served on the Deaconess Board and later became the President of District 2.  Jerline was employed with The Florida School of Deaf and Blind for 36 years.  Deaconess Jerline enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.  She loved helping others and eating out.  Another page was turned, and a chapter completed around 9:40 a.m., on Thursday, August 22, 2019 Jerline Christine Johnson stepped out of time into eternity.

Jerline was preceded in death by her father, Robert Stillman Sr.; stepfather, Nathaniel Freeman; grandfather, Thomas Stillman; grandmother, Clara Jane Gardner; sister, Robin Stillman; brother, Robert Stillman II; ex-husband, Carl Robinson.

Jerline Johnson leaves to cherish her precious memories, her loving and devoted husband, James W. Johnson; mother, Evelyn Sanks; children, Demetria (Cameron) Harris, Gerald Robinson, Andre Robinson, Carl Robinson Jr., Vickie Lavern Johnson; Godson, Eric (Erica) Mitchell; siblings, Bridgett (Miller) Volmy, Darlene Powell, Doretha (Archie) Smith, Dorthy Johnson, Terrell Stillman, Marie Stillman; like a sister, Rosie (Charles) Johnson, Debra Anderson; grandchildren, La’Toya Jones, Lonell Harris, Andre Jerome Robinson Jr., Darrenton (Trinity) Harris, Sr., Gernisha Robinson, Jernijysha Robinson, Galvin Harris, Alayah Shuman, Randy Jenkins, LaToya Johnson, Zariah Robinson, Zora Williams; great-grandchildren, R’Layah Williams, Rylend Williams, De’Andre Miller, Julia Taylor, Fallon Major, Justice Harris, Darrenton K. Harris, Jr., Fred Major, Jr.; special friends, Minister Pauline Garden, Debra Anderson, Deloris Austin, Glenda Richardson, Donita Wadley, District 2, Class of 1972,  a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and sorrowing community.

The viewing will be 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Friday, August 30, 2019 at Mt. Moriah Christian Ministry, Rev. Ronald Stafford, Pastor and eulogist.  The Homegoing Celebration will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 31, 2019 at Mt. Moriah Christian Ministry.  Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, St. Augustine, FL.
