Miguel Damion McDougald was born December 12, 1985 to Michael McDougald and Kim L. Johnson (Chip). He departed this life on August 03, 2019.

Miguel graduated from James B. Dudley Senior High School, May 23, 2004. While attending school, his passions were English, writing and reading books of all kinds. His dream was to become a writer and also create movie scripts. He could certainly keep friends and family entertained and laughing. His Facebook hooks were shoe pic of the day, attractive restaurant meals and anything of British royalty.

Over the years, Miguel worked in call centers for various companies and retail. While working and dealing with health issues he survived a stroke in 2014. Since that time he fought his way back, but continued to have challenges. The Almighty God, called his angel home on August 03, 2019.

Miguel was preceded in death by his Uncle Ron G. McClanton, Maternal Grandfather Edward McClanton, Maternal Grandmother Evelena McClanton, Paternal Grandfather Clark M. McDougald and Paternal Grandmother Ethel J. McDougald.

In addition to his parents he leaves to cherish his memories, Sister Dominique McDougald and Brother BJ Johnson of Greensboro; Uncle Gerald Joyner of Atlanta GA; Aunts Catherine M. Waterman, Phyllis M. Perry (James), and Patricia McDougald of Greensboro; Cousins Brittany McClary-McClanton, Jacqueline McClanton (Yvonne), Dasha McClanton (Betina), Maya Perry, Gerzelle Joyner, Nicole Joyner and Tia Moreland and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family would like to express our sincere thanks for every act of kindness, care and concern shown during this difficult time.

Your expressions of love, sympathy, prayers, and encouraging words are greatly appreciated.
