Devrin Deshunn Houston, 20, was born June 22, 1999 to Anita Houston and the late Adrian Patton in Chattanooga. He entered into eternal rest to be with his heavenly Father on Friday, July 26, 2019. He attended Brainerd High School and was employed at the Dairy Queen and enjoyed working there. Devrin was a happy young man who had a very outgoing personality. He loved cracking jokes and making people laugh. He enjoyed rap music, playing his X-Box, and hanging out with his friends. He was very close to his niece and nephews. He was happy all the time and made a point to try to make others happy as well.  Preceding him in death was his father, Adrian Patton, Sr.; great grandmothers, Bobbie James and Donnie Conyers; and grandfather, Mose Houston, Jr. Those left to cherish his many precious memories are his mother, Anita Houston; sister, Destiney Hudgins; brothers, Desmond Hudgins, Adrian Patton, Jr., and Ta’Adrian Yearby; grandmothers, Darlene Little, Donna (Fred) Sails; great grandmother, Bobbie Houston; aunts, Leticia Clay, Melanie Norwood; uncles, Jereme Houston, Corey Houston, Fred Sails, Jr., LaFredrick Sails, David Little; cousins, Marc Smith, Jr., Tywon, Henderson, Coresha Little, Janara Malone, La'Sonia Dansby, Jyuan Jenkins, Damaysha Williams; niece, Gabrielle Hudgins; nephews, Gabriel Hudgins and Greyson Hudgins; a host of other relatives and many friends. The body will lie in state Saturday, August 3, 2019 from 8:30 am until 1:00 pm and a funeral service will follow in the chapel of John P. Franklin Funeral Home with Pastor Jerry Jones officiating.  Interment: Forest Hills Cemetery. Arrangements by John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Avenue, 423-622-9995.
