William Robert (Bob) Myers died at home on July 30th, 2019. Bob was born on August 12, 1940 to Clara Tatum Myers and James E. Myers in Tracy City, TN.  He was the youngest of three children. His is survived by his sister Jimmie Myers Willingham (Vernon). His brother Paul Myers preceded him in death.           

Bob moved to Chattanooga as a young boy. He established Environmental Insect Control Systems of TN in 1977. He served customers in TN and several adjoining states.  Most of these customers have become friends as well.           

Bob is survived by his wife Sue G. Myers, son, James Edward Myers II, daughter-in-law Jenna Cornett Myers, two grandsons-his playmates whom he adored- Jamie & Jacob Myers. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.           

The service will be at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, August 3rd at St. Pauls Episcopal Church where Bob is a communicant.  He served as a Thurifer at both Christ Church and St. Pauls for Many years.  The family will receive friends one hour before the service in Key-Andrews Hall at St. Pauls and will host a reception following the service.  Arrangements by John Franklin Funeral home, 1101 Dodds Avenue, 622-9995.
