Funeral services for Mr. Lytavis Lamar "Hulk" Green, 41, will be 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 3, 2019 at DeForest Chapel- Talladega College. Bishop James E. Collins will be eulogist. Interment will be in Pine Grove Church Cemetery. Mr. Green will lie in state at the chapel one hour prior to the service. Donations can be made in his honor at Terry's Mortuary.

Mr. Lytavis Lamar “Hulk” Green was born on February 16, 1978 to the union of Lyray Fomby, Sr. and Lisa Green in Talladega, Alabama. 

Mr. Green began attending Pine Grove Missionary Baptist Church at an early age. He completed his education at Lincoln High School. Hulk, as he was affectionately known, was a well-known barber in the Talladega community and will be missed by so many that he knew and served. 

Lytavis departed this earthly life on the morning of Sunday, July 28, 2019. He was preceded in passing by his parents, Lisa Green and Lyray Fomby, Sr.; and grandparents, Eva Gray Green, Hollis Cunningham, Tommie Fomby and Christine Fomby. 

Mr. Green leaves to cherish his memories: four children, Jatavis Gooden of Talladega, Alabama, Lytavis L. Green, Jr. and Draylon Green of Lincoln, Alabama and T’Nigera Wright of Talladega, Alabama; fiancé, Natalie Ellis of Ashland, Alabama; six stepchildren, Jada Reynolds, Donta Wright, Deja Porter, Tyeshia Zackery, Nakiya Ellis and LaDarius Ellis; two step grandchildren, Nevaeh Ellis and Myla Zackery; one sister, Jonica Green of Pell City, Alabama; two brothers, Lyray (Ashley) Fomby, Jr. of Alexandria, Alabama and Corey Green of Sylacauga, Alabama; one niece; five nephews; four uncles, Arvester Green and Larry (Mary) Green of Talladega, Alabama, Laddy (Connie) Green of Pell City, Alabama and Milton Fomby of Lincoln, Alabama; eight aunts, Vanessa (Darry “Duck”) Elston of Lincoln, Alabama, Dorine Green (Arthur L.) Smith, Tammy Green, Lesley Green and Melinda Ann Green of Talladega, Alabama, Erica Lynn Green, Arnita Green and Ernestine Mewborn of Lincoln, Alabama; a special father, Michael Wilson of Mobile, Alabama; a special cousin, Taneeka Green of Talladega, Alabama; and a host of other aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
