Edwin Henry, 56, of Bunnell was born on February 18, 1963 to Daisy Henry and the late George Jackson in Bunnell, Florida.  He attended Flagler County Schools and was well known throughout the community. He was always willing to help others. He enjoyed dancing, music, and was very serious about “NOBODY TELLING HIS BUSINESS.” On Monday, July 22, 2019, Edwin Henry entered into his eternal rest to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

 He was preceded in death by his father, George Jackson; step-father Kenneth McKay; sister, Angela Jackson; brother, Robert Stubbs; aunt, Jeanette Sloan; uncles, Nathaniel Clark, James, Robert, Author, and Bennett Smith; grandparents, William and Rosa Jackson, David Clark and Susie Smith.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his mother, Pastor Daisy Henry; sisters, Candice (Calvester) Emanuel, Mary (James) Bletcher, May McKay, Patricia (Don) Blonshine, Angela (Ricky) Williams, Lasongia (Corey) Russell, Gloria (David) Grant, Velma (Lonnie) Allen, Shirley McKay, Mia (Jimmie) Smith, Tyneshia Rozier-McKay, and Shalunda Butler; brothers,  Harold (ShaCarol) McKay, Kenneth (Mary Jo) McKay, Michael (Sharon) McKay, Jimmie Lee (Claudette) McCray; aunts,  Elizabeth Jackson, Annie Robinson, Clara Mincey, Barbara Clark- Williams, Ruby Glen, Jackie Reeves, Armelia Clark and Sharon Smith; uncles, James (Queenie) Jackson, Joe (Elaine) Jackson, Elijah (Geraldine) Jackson, Nathan (Mabel) Clark, and Alphonso (Felicia) Clark; and a  host of nieces and nephews who held a special place in his heart and many sorrowing friends.

The Homegoing Celebration will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, July 27, 2019 at First Baptist Church of Bunnell, Rev. Ethan Crowder, Pastor.  Dr. Dora Giddens, eulogist.  The viewing will be 6:00p.m.-7:00p.m. Friday, July 26, 2019 at Spirit of Truth of Bunnell, Rev. Daisy Henry, Pastor.  The burial will be in Masonic Cemetery, Palm Coast, FL.
