To the family of John Patterson, Please accept my sincere condolences for the loss of your dear husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. It's never easy to say a last farewell to someone we love. May your precious memories and God's promise found at Revelation 21:4 help your family to cope. It states,"God will wipe out every tear, and death will be no more...neither pain or sorrow." These words are faithful and true.

1 Corinthians 1:3-4 "Praised be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our trials so that we may be able to comfort others in any sort of trial with the comfort that we receive from God." I’m sorry to ear of the loss of your love one John and nothing could have prepared you for your great loss and my sincere sympathies are with your family. However your lasting memories of John are a comfort and remember John is also in the memory of the Almighty god and Creator Jehovah who offers John the hope of a resurrection that resurrection hope is written in the Bible at John 6:28,29 and Acts 24:15. Furthermore, during this time of grief our Heavenly Father Jehovah shares your pain wrote this to you, “Jehovah is near the broken-hearted; He saves those who are crushed in spirit”. Therefore, you can find the greatest comfort now and beyond by “drawing close to Jehovah and he will draw close to you” (James 4:8) because he cares for you.
