I am truly sorry for your loss. A scripture that has given me much comfort is Revelation 21:4 which promises that one day death will be no more. I hope this scripture brings comfort to your family during this difficult time.

God cares for the brokenhearted; Psalm 34:18 assures us that he is close to them. Psalm 147:3 says: "He heals the brokenhearted; He binds up their wounds." God strengthens us by giving us "the power beyond what is normal" to make it through each passing day. Nahum 1:7; God is "a stronghold in the day of distress. He is mindful of ["takes care of"] those seeking refuge in him. Please accept my sincere condolences. Always remember God loves you and he cares for you!
