I am sorry to read about your loss. May God’s words in the Bible at Ps 34:18 provide you comfort. The scriptures tells us “HE” is near to those broken at heart, and those crushed in spirit HE saves.

Alston Family, I am so sorry to hear of this wonderful lady's passing. She was one of my favorite teachers at Page High School. So funny and she took no sass from the boys cutting up. She was a good and patient soul. May God Bless.

Mrs. Alston and my mother were best friends and both taught math. As a child, I was amazed that they talked through math problems on the phone! She was an incredibly kind person and will be sorely missed! I will miss those Milky Way cakes on the 4th of July!

We can look forward to the day when there will be no more sickness and death. Revelation 21:4 says: "He [God] will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away." God cares for the brokenhearted; Psalm 34:18 assures us that he is close to them. Please accept my sincere condolences. Always remember God loves you and he cares for you!
