We're so sorry to hear you are suffering the loss of your dear loved one. May you find strength and some comfort in the words found in Nahum 1:7 which reads: ”Jehovah is good, a stronghold in the day of distress. He is mindful of those seeking refuge in him.” Our loving God cares about us and is ready to bring us comfort if we allow him (1John 5:14). He also has made the provision of a resurrection RIGHT HERE ON EARTH when it is restored into a beautiful paradise (Acts 24:15; Isaiah 55:11). Can you see yourself welcoming back to life your dear loved one? Find out more about this resurrection online at JW.ORG

To family and friends my deepest sympathies to you for the loss of your love one. The death of a loved one brings tears and sorrow. It is comforting to know that the Bible offers a wonderful hope for our loved ones who have died. The Scriptures found at John 5:28,29 promise that our loved ones who have died can live again by means of the Resurrection. Also Isaiah 26:19 says "Your dead will live...the earth will let those powerless in death come to life". What a wonderful hope of seeing your love one again! Dear Alston family, I wanted to send you my deepest sympathies. I'm so very sorry for the loss of your dear loved one. Please rest assured that Almighty God has promised to "swallow up death forever, and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces." There will come a time when death will be eliminated forever, and we have the hope of welcoming back our dear loved one who have fallen asleep in death. (John 5:28.29)

Our deepest condolences to all the love ones of the dearly departed. The words found at 2 Corinthians chapter 1 verses 3 and 4 were especially comforting to our family during the loss of our parents and dear loved ones. It says, "Praised be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our trials so that we may be able to comfort others in any sort of trial with comfort that we receive from God." May these words strengthen you too.
