My deepest sympathies to the Curtis family. I'm so sorry for your loss. The death of a loved one is a painful experience. Our Heavenly Father is well aware of the pain you're feeling. He promises in His Word, the Bible, to remove death, pain, and suffering. (Revelation 21:3,4). Isaiah 25:8a says, "He will swallow up death forever, and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces." We know that Almighty God has not only the power to remove death, but also yearns to do so. Until that time, may you find comfort in the resurrection hope, a promise that one day soon we will be reunited with our loved ones who have died. (John 5:28,29)

We're so sorry to hear you are suffering the loss of your dear loved one. May you find strength and some comfort in the words found in Nahum 1:7 which reads: ”Jehovah is good, a stronghold in the day of distress. He is mindful of those seeking refuge in him.” Our loving God cares about us and is ready to bring us comfort if we allow him (1John 5:14). He also has made the provision of a resurrection RIGHT HERE ON EARTH when it is restored into a beautiful paradise (Acts 24:15; Isaiah 55:11). Can you see yourself welcoming back to life your dear loved one? Find out more about this resurrection online at JW.ORG
