Mrs. Barbara Ann Rhodes, 63, of Hattiesburg, Mississippi passed away on Thursday, April 25, 2019 at Asbury Hospice House, Hattiesburg, MS.  She is the daughter of the late John Norwood and Annie Jane Rhodes.  She was a member of Green Grove M. B. Church.  

She was a Certified Nurse Assistant until her health failed.  She loved crocheting, sewing, helping others and fellowship with family and friends.

Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, May 4, 2019 at Prentiss First Baptist Church at 2pm.  Interment will be in Durr Cemetery, Prentiss, MS.

She is survived by: daughters, Lakita Durr and Konswaylo Durr both of Hattiesburg, MS; brothers, Carlwell Norwood of California, Johnnie Norwood of Prentiss, MS and Charles Norwood of Los Angeles, CA; sister, Linda Hooker of California; grandchildren: 2; great-grandchildren: 2  

Visitation will be Saturday at the funeral home, 9am-12:30pm.
