Mrs. Norma Jean Taylor, 89, of Campbellsville, KY died at her residence on April 19, 2019.

Mrs. Taylor was a native of Campbellsville, Kentucky and the daughter of the late Joe Mills and Ruth Smith Mills. Mrs. Taylor was a member of First Baptist Church of Campbellsville where she served on the mother board as a choir member, Bible School Principal, and was always traveling with the church on trips. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil; two sons, Donald and Vincent; one daughter, Peggy; two grandsons, Jason and Darwin, a sister, Helen Mills; a brother, Sam Mills. 

Survivors include sons, Joseph Taylor, Sr. of Campbellsville, KY, Terry (Patricia)Taylor of Campbellsville, KY, Stefan Taylor of Campbellsville, KY, Gregory ( Cindy) Taylor of Fayetteville, N.C., Earl (Vanessa) Taylor of Fayetteville, N.C., Daughters, Barkley Taylor of Campbellsville, KY, Vanessa Taylor of Campbellsville, KY, Melissa Taylor of Campbellsville, KY, Bonnie Farris (Anthony) of Campbellsville, KY, and Phyllis Ray ( Carl) of Indianapolis , IN, a sisters in-law, Kay Whitaker of Campbellsville, an a aunt, Jeanette; thirty-three grandchildren; sixty-two great-grand children; a host of great-great- grand children, cousins, other relatives and friends.   

The funeral will be held at 1:00 P.M. Thursday at the First Baptist Church in Campbellsville  with the Reverend Montell Richardson officiating. Burial will follow in the Crown Hill Cemetery.

Visitation after 5:00 p.m. Wednesday at the church. 
Buchanan, Robinson & Percell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
