Kimberly Miller, 53, passed away March 27, 2019. She is survived by her husband Elmer David Miller, sons Clifton T. Suter and Devoe Miller, grandchildren Anna Lisa Brooks Suter, Emanuel Clifton Suter and Javier Devoe Miller, her mother Patricia Suter, sisters Cammie Coulter and Sharon Walkup, brothers Julian Suter and Leonard Suter, aunt/second mother Priscilla Brown.
