We don't know what to say except that we love you. We can't understand exactly how you feel, but Jehovah does, and will keep raising you up. We hope that our prayers will help a little. God is the Creator of life. The Bible calls Jehovah God "the source of life." (Psalm 36:9; Acts 17:24,25) The One who gave life to all living creatures is certainly capable of restoring life to someone who has died. Please visit www.jw.org to learn how Jehovah will do this.

Virginia and Phil, I learned that your family is mourning the loss of your sister Mary. Please accept my condolences and remember Jehovah is certainly aware of your painful feelings. As he has promised he will comfort and sustain you to get through this day and others to come (Isa 41:13). May this promise, his never ending love and the promise of the resurrection help you in the days to come. My prayers are with you and your family.

We are saddened to know you are grieving the recent loss of your loved one. May you find comfort in the words found in Psalms 34:18 which reads: “ Jehovah is close to the brokenhearted; He saves those who are crushed in spirit.” Our loving God cares about us and is ready to bring us comfort if we allow him (1John 5:14). He also has made the SURE promise of a resurrection RIGHT HERE ON EARTH when it is restored into a beautiful paradise (Acts 24:15 Isaiah 55;11). See and imagine yourself welcoming back to life your dear loved one? Find out more about this resurrection online at JW.ORG
