Sesaria R. Armijo, 87, a lifelong resident of T. or C., NM, died on Sunday, March 10, 2019 at Sierra Hills Assisted Living.  She was born on February 20, 1932 in Las Palomas, NM to Ascencion and Dorotea (Maldonado) Rivera. 

Sesaria worked at Carrie Tingley Hospital as a Laundry Aide.  She enjoyed cooking, making beautiful afghans, homemade quilts, and embroidering doilies.

Survivors include her sisters-in-law – Lita Perez of T. or C., NM, Cecelia Armijo of Albuquerque, NM and Nella Armijo of Las Cruces, NM; many special nieces and nephews including – Sally Vasquez, Debbie Earwood, Gina Graczyk, Diana Lopez and Denise Keith; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.  She was preceded death by her husband, the love of her life, Luciano M. Armijo; her parents, Ascencion and Dorotea Rivera; 4/brothers – Alvaro Rivera, Demecio Rivera, Tomas Rivera and Ascencio Rivera, Jr.; and 2/sisters – Albita Escobedo and Rosalia Earwood.

Cremation will take place and Memorial Celebration Mass will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2019, at 10:00 A.M. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church officiated by Rev. Don Hyatt, CSB.
