 Mother Katie Edell "Dollbaby" Willis, 82, of Elkton was born July 9, 1936 in Sylvania, Georgia to the late Mack Sr and Rosa Lewis.  She attended the local schools in Georgia. Katie moved from Georgia to the St. Johns County area then to New York and finally settled in Armstrong, FL.  Katie's hobbies included shopping, vacations and spending time with her family.  Her most cherished moments was those spent with her family and friends.

Katie Edell "Dollbaby" Willis entered the sunset of life on Sunday, March 3, 2019 at Haven Hospice, Palatka, FL.

"Those Who Cherish Her Memories": Katie was predeceased by her parents, nine brothers and nine sisters.

She leaves to cherish her memories: Husband, Isaac J. Willis, Sr of Armstrong. Children; Alberta Hall of Palatka, FL; Isaac Jr (Shenandoah) Willis of Armstrong, FL; Gregory (Jackie) Willis of Armstrong, FL; Joseph Sr. (Brenda) Willis of North Carolina; James Sr. (Monfanique) Willis of Daytona Beach, FL; Carol (Billy) Johnson of Palatka, FL; Charlotte (Clayton) Willis of West Palm Beach; Darrell Willis of Armstrong, FL; Tommie Sr. (Robie)Willis of Armstrong, FL, Sisters; Ruth L. Walker of Jacksonville, FL; Annie Nesmith of Jacksonville, FL; Bernice Lewis of Miami, FL. Sister-in-Laws; Aletheia Lewis of Georgia; Sadie Lewis of New Jersey; Louella Walker of West Virginia. Brother-in-Laws; Izeal Willis Sr of Elkton, FL; Robert Houston Sr of New York; Booker Alderman of Jacksonville, Grandkids: seventy-six. Great Grand-kids: twenty-seven. Great-Great Grand-kids: Fourteen and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.


The Homegoing Celebration will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 9, 2019 at The Lord’s Temple City of Refuge, Bishop Thomas Cave III, Pastor.  The viewing will be from 6 p.m. – 7 p.m. Friday, March 8, 2019 at Pompeyes Temple Church of God in Christ, Elder Randall Chestnut, Pastor.  Her daughter; Pastor Carol Johnson will deliver the eulogy.  Burial will be in Armstrong Community Cemetery, Elkton, FL.
