Edward Lee, as we the as family called him, was a kind, funny and gentle soul whom I never witnessed lose his cool in the six decades I knew him. Lee will be greatly missed. Stay strong family and hold on because there is a greater reward for him and we all than this earthly home.

Dear Lottie and Family, Lee was a very kind and generous person. He loved teaching Sunday School at Cleveland Street and we never left his class without a message to carry us on. He was also a good work buddy during our time at Vanderbilt. He encouraged us all to be the best we could be for God. I am glad I had the opportunity to speak with him before the Lord called him. He will be missed by all. In Christian love and deepest sympathy, Wanda Snead and Pastor Snead,

My sincere condolences for the loss of your loved one. Death is truly an enemy and soon Jehovah God will eliminate it permanently and resurrect those lost in death. In fact, he yearns to do so. It is his promise and he cannot lie. May his promise bring you comfort. (Job 14:14,15)

We're sorry to hear about your recent loss. Accept our sincere condolences. May you find strength from the words of Philippians 4:13 which says: "For all things I have the strength through the one who gives me power." What a loving God who cares about each one of us. He didn't intend for us to grow old and die. He thus has made the SURE promise of a resurrection right here on earth when it is restored to a beautiful paradise (Psalms 37:9-11, 29; Acts 24:15; Isaiah 55;11). Can you see yourself welcoming back to life your loved ones? What a joy it will bring all of us. You can go online to JW.ORG and find out more about this resurrection.
