The family has my deepest sympathy. I am so very sorry to learn of the loss of your dear beloved. I was thinking of something to say to ease the tremendous pain that your family is suffering. So I compiled this list of scriptures that is sure to bring you comfort in this difficult time: Psalms 55:22; Proverbs 3: 5 & 6; Isaiah 41:10; 2 Corinthians 1:3-7; James 4:8; and Revelation 21:4. Be strong. Cherish the memories. May the peace of God be with your family, & remember to call upon his name found at Psalms 83:18.

The duty we owed to the dead is performed. It remains, that we who are alive should so live, and by our actions attend the coming of the day of fate, that we may neither be surprised, nor leave our duties imperfect, nor our sins uncanceled, nor God unappeased; but that, when our bodies in their turn descend to the graves, our souls may ascend to the region of eternal light.

My prayers and tears are for Edith. She was a Friend, someone I could call when I was happy or sad. She always knew what to say to get me straight. She would always say "This too shall pass." I wish I could say that now, but my heart hurts. I love you all. May God be pleased with her soul and grant her eternal paradise.

I would like to express my condolences in the loss of your dear loved one. The bible gives us hope of seeing them again in the promised resurrection to come according to scriptures such as [John 5:28-29] and [Acts 24:15]. We find further hope in scriptures like [Isaiah 25:8] and [Revelations 21:3-5] which says in part that Jehovah God will wipe out every tear from our eyes and death will be no more, because God will swallow up death forever. [1 Corinthians 15:54]. I hope these scriptures will be of some comfort. With Deep Sympathy.

May family and friends find comfort in God's promise of a resurrection of all those lost in death that are in his limitless memory. His promise is a guarantee because it is impossible for God to lie. God will wipe every tear from eyes and death, mourning, pain and sorrow will be things of the past. (Revelation 21:4). We're so sorry to hear you are mourning the recent loss of your loved one. May you find strength and comfort from the words of Psalms 46:1 which reads: "God is our refuge and strength, A help that is readily found in times of distress." Our loving God is there for us if we ask for his help (1 John 5:14). He didn't intend for us to grow old and die. He thus has made the SURE promise of a resurrection RIGHT HERE ON EARTH when it is restored to a beautiful paradise (Psalms 37:9-11, 29; Acts 24:15; Isaiah 55;11). Can you see yourself welcoming back to life your loved ones? What a joy it will bring all of us. You can go online to JW.ORG and find out more about this resurrection.
