"And the last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing." (1 Corinthians 15:26) I am so sorry for your loss. God promises that he will soon wipe away and reverse the effects of this enemy that causes so much pain. Your precious Jonathan will be brought back to you and you will never have to experience the pain of saying a goodbye ever again! (Isaiah 25:8; Revelation 21:4,5) Jw.org

My condolences to you. The Bible gives us a hope that we can see our loved ones again. Acts 24:15 says, "...there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous." What a wonderful promise from Almighty God that we can look forward to here on earth in the near future. I hope this scripture comforts you as it has comforted me. TR

So sorry for your loss. May the God of all comfort give you his peace to endure this difficult time. God promises to restore life to those lost in death by means of a resurrection. In fact, he yearns to do so. (Job 14: 14 & 15). To learn more visit: www.jw.org

I am so sorry for the loss of your dear loved one. As you go through this sorrowful time, you can be assured that God does care about you. God promises that he “is near to those that are broken at heart; and those who are crushed in spirit he saves.” (Psalms 34:18) Please take care.

We're so sorry to hear you are suffering the loss of your dear loved one. May you find strength and some comfort in the words found in Nahum 1:7 which reads: ”Jehovah is good, a stronghold in the day of distress. He is mindful of those seeking refuge in him.” Our loving God cares about us and is ready to bring us comfort if we allow him (1John 5:14). He also has made the provision of a resurrection RIGHT HERE ON EARTH when it is restored into a beautiful paradise (Acts 24:15; Isaiah 55:11). Can you see yourself welcoming back to life your dear loved one? Find out more about this resurrection online at JW.ORG
