Tanje Lavette Bryant,48, of Palatka went home to be with the Lord on Monday, November 26, 2018, at Putnam Community Medical Center, Palatka.  A native of Gainesville, Fl, she was the daughter of Evelyn Bryant and the late Etharim Bryant Jr., born on Wednesday, February 4, 1970.  During Tanje adolescent years, she moved to St. Augustine where she attended Ketterlinus Middle School and then graduated from St. Augustine High School.   She enjoyed playing softball during those years. After she graduated, she worked at Flagler College and later started her own cleaning business.  Tanje always had a smile on her face and was nice and kind hearted. She would give her last to anyone. As Tanje got older, she devoted her time to caring for her grandmother and mother. She enjoyed listening to music & spending time with family and friends.

She leaves to cherish her memories: a loving mother, Evelyn Dupont; daughter, Britney Lewis; Sons, Ronald (Jasmine) Morris and Terrell Powell; siblings, Rodney Cobb, Robin Jones, Etharim Bryant III, Jenell Bryant, Bodias Bryant, and Tawana Bryant; grandchildren, Zay, Atanje, Jhaziya, Adore, and Tykes; aunts and uncles, Early Watson, Deloris Watson, Edna Watson, James Watson, William James, John Watson, and William (Donna) Hatley; devoted friends, Keisha Jakes, Nikki Jakes, Timothy Jackson, and Tash Bass and a host of caring relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends from 5p.m. – 6p.m. Friday, November 30, 2018 at Coleman’s Mortuary family Chapel.  The Homegoing Celebration will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 1, 2018 at Harvest Time Evangelistic Ministries, Christopher T. Coleman, Pastor.  Rev. Quida Smith, Eulogist.

I love you my sister, and I am sorry we lost contact. I promise I have been searching for you all these year's. I am very saddened that I ran out of time, looking in all the wrong places. May you rest on!
