Mr. Ralph "Tick" Allen, Jr., 65, of Elizabethtown, KY died on October 20, 2018 at Norton Audobon Hospital in Louisville, KY.

Mr. Allen was a native of Burkesville, KY and the son of the late Ralph (Sr.) and Ruby Lucille Allen.  He was a member of First Baptist Church and former employee of Harry Owen Trucking Company.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Rodney Allen, David Allen, and Allan Ladd Alexander.

He is survived by two brothers, Roger Allen of Elizabethtown, KY and Dale Allen (Debra) of Louisville, KY; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. 

Funeral Service will be 11 am on Friday, October 26, 2018 at Percell & Sons Funeral Home.  Burial to follow in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central in Radcliff, KY.

Visitation will be from 6-8 pm on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at Percell & Sons Funeral Home. 

Percell & Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
