Larry (Blue) Watkins, 69, of Chattanooga, TN passed away Friday, October 12th, 2018 at a local hospital. He graduated from Riverside High School Class of 1969. He attended Chattanooga State Community College, and later served in the United States Army. He was preceded in death by his parents, June and Annie Mae Watkins; sisters, Shirley Ann Bridges, and Sandra Watkins; brother, Elmer Young. Survivors include son, Antwon Broom; brother, Darol Watkins. The body will lie in state after 12 noon and the family will receive friends from 6pm - 7pm at the funeral home on Sunday, October 21, 2018. A funeral service will be held at 12:30 pm Monday, October 22nd at Olivet Baptist Church. Interment:  Chattanooga National Cemetery.  Arrangements by John p Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Avenue, 622-9995 131 words + photo =$123.25
