Bethann (FitzGerald) Fenn died at her home on Friday, September 28, 2018 just days before her 65th birthday.

Bethann was a twenty-year resident of her adopted New Mexican community of T. or C. Her over 40-year struggle with Multiple Sclerosis has ended, leaving her at peace. Her struggle did not deter her from serving her church and community. Her concern for the poor prompted continual acts of generosity from her modest means. She faithfully served the church community of Our Lady of Perpetual Help as a lay reader, teacher and Eucharistic Minister. Beth also served as a Hospice volunteer with Ambercare.

Beth leaves a husband Ron; goddaughter, Zena Griego of T. or C.; two sponsored children Nouphie and Lovely Pierre of Haiti; sisters in Connecticut and Virginia plus scattered nieces and nephews.

A Prayer Vigil will be held on Friday, October 5, 2018, at 7:00 P.M. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church led by Gary Montoya.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, October 6, 2018 at 10:00 A.M. officiated by Rev. Don Hyatt, CSB.  Rite of Committal will follow at Vista Memory Gardens Cemetery.

As an ardent supporter of the “Food for the Poor Org” Beth would surely appreciate donations made to them in her memory.

We're so sorry to hear you are mourning the recent loss of your loved one. May you find strength and comfort from the words of Psalms 46:1 which reads: "God is our refuge and strength, A help that is readily found in times of distress." Our loving God is there for us if we ask for his help (1 John 5:14). He didn't intend for us to grow old and die. He thus has made the SURE promise of a resurrection RIGHT HERE ON EARTH when it is restored to a beautiful paradise (Psalms 37:9-11, 29; Acts 24:15; Isaiah 55;11). Can you see yourself welcoming back to life your loved ones? What a joy it will bring all of us. You can go online to JW.ORG and find out more about this resurrection.
