Julius Starks, 74, husband of Schylever Randolph Starks, died Saturday, September 22, 2018 at McLeod Health Clarendon Hospital, Manning, SC. He was born December 19, 1943 in Greeleyville, SC, a son of the late Taylor Starks, Sr. and Caro Coswell Starks.

Funeral services for Mr. Starks will be held 12:00 Noon Saturday, September 29, 2018 at Promise Land Missionary Baptist Church, Greeleyville, SC. Rev. Carl Shaw, Pastor, officiating, Evangelist Mary Starks, presiding. Burial will follow in Cow Head Cemetery Gourdine, SC.

The family is receiving friends at his residence, 16 Mahogany Road, Greeleyville, SC.
