Mr. Joel Keshon Green, age 18 of S. Alexander Street, Toccoa, GA passed away August 8, 2018 in Toccoa, GA.  Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, August 17, 2018 at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church with Pastor Charles White, officiating,  Interment will follow in the Toccoa City Cemetery.  The family is at the residence.
