Reflections of Life

Mrs. Felicia Collier Wright

 

She was born on November 24, 1929 to the late Mr. George Collier In Lamar County. At an early age she confessed to Christ and joined the West Mount Sinai Baptist  Church.

 

She was reared and educated in the Lamar County School System. She was united in Holy Matrimony to Mr. Eugene  Wright. He preceded her in death in 1990. She worked for various families in Lamar County and she provided for her children.

The Lord seen fit to call his angel home on Sunday July 22, 2018 at the Heritage Inn Nursing Home. While her passing has sadden the hearts of her family, she left memories for her family to cherish.

 

Those memories will live on in the hearts of her Six Children Ms. Barbara Wright of Dayton, Ohio, Ms. Jacqueline Wright of Forsyth, GA, Mrs. Dorothy (Clarence) Flynt of Barnesville, Mr. Sheldon Wright, Mr. Raymond Wright both of Dayton, Ohio, and Rev. Russell (Chierette) World of Atlanta, GA. Twenty-four Grandchildren, Forty -Five Greatgrandchildren, a devoted niece Mrs. Ester (Andrew) Rutherford of Thomaston, GA, nephews, cousins, and many devoted friends whom all  will miss her dearly.

    We're so sorry to hear you are mourning the recent loss of your loved one. May you find strength and comfort from the words of Psalms 46:1 which reads: "God is our refuge and strength, A help that is readily found in times of distress." Our loving God is there for us if we ask for his help (1 John 5:14). He didn't intend for us to grow old and die. He thus has made the SURE promise of a resurrection RIGHT HERE ON EARTH when it is restored to a beautiful paradise (Psalms 37:9-11, 29; Acts 24:15; Isaiah 55;11).
