Mr. Russell McNeil, 64, departed this life Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at Southern Regional     Medical Center, Riverdale, Georgia. Funeral services will be held Friday, June 8, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. in the Meadows Funeral Home Chapel, 315 S. Madison Street, Albany, Georgia. Rev. Dr. L.C. Cobb will provide words of comfort. Interment will follow in the Second Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery, 1010 Old Pretoria Road, Albany, Georgia.

    Accept our sincere condolences in your recent loss.
