So sorry for the loss. We were facebook friends. She lost her sister and I lost my husband about the same time last year. We talked some and understood the grief. I enjoyed her pics, cartoons, and writings that she shared. She will be missed.

You have my sincere condolences. “May the peace of God that surpasses all understanding guard your hearts and your mental powers by means of Christ Jesus.” (Phil. 4:7) May the hope of a resurrection right here on a restored earth bring you comfort. (Acts 24:15; Psalm 37:11, 29)

I read about the recent death of Cynthia and I know the Benton family and loved ones have saddened hearts today. So I wanted to share beautiful scripture where our loving heavenly Father, Jehovah God, (Psalm 83:18), promises us that he is going to do away with man's greatest enemy, death. Rev. 21: 4; "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. Isaiah 33:24 guarantees us: "And no resident will say "I am sick," ever again. God's kingdom that Jesus taught us to pray for at Matt. 6: 9, 10 will bring about these wonderful promises here on earth (Psalm 37:9-11, 29), including the resurrection. None of us are guaranteed tomorrow, but we are all guaranteed a resurrection. (John 5:28, John 6:40, John 11:23-25) Also, Titus 1: 2 tells us this promise of a resurrection: "is based on a hope of the everlasting life that God, who cannot lie, promised long ago." Isaiah 26:19 "Your dead will live......And the earth will let those powerless in death come to life." Isaiah 25:8 "He will swallow up death forever. For Jehovah himself has spoken it." For more comforting scriptures please visit: http://bit.ly/1K38EFt. It has given me hope, strengthened my faith and helped me find the answer to Why? I know it will do the same for you. Jehovah invites you to throw all your burdens on him and he will sustain you in your time of grief. Psalm 34:18 It is my prayer this scripture will give you comfort in your grief. I am sorry for your loss, please accept my sincere condolences. I hope the family will find some comfort and strength in Jesus promise of the earthly resurrection (Acts 24:15) and the renewed Paradise earth, where death will be no more and no family will mourn the death of a loved one as found at Revelation 21:3,4. May God (Psalms 83:18) grant you peace and comfort during this grievous time.
