She was born in Lee County, SC on October 7, 1936 to the late

Richard Carter and Pearline Scott Bines

Funeral Service is Saturday, July 6, 2019 at 1 p.m. at Mt. Calvary, Vale. The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the service. Burial is to follow in the church cemetery.
