I’m so sorry for your loss. Grief can be a difficult emotion to deal with. There are, however, 12 basic guidelines that can help you cope with grieving. They’re used by many grief counselors and they’re also biblical. When you are able, you can download a free copy of the magazine titled “Help for those who Grieve “@jw.org

We are saddened to know you are grieving the recent loss of your loved one. May you find comfort in the words found in Psalms 34:18 which reads: “ Jehovah is close to the brokenhearted; He saves those who are crushed in spirit.” Our loving God cares about us and is ready to bring us comfort if we allow him (1John 5:14). He also has made the SURE promise of a resurrection RIGHT HERE ON EARTH when it is restored into a beautiful paradise (Acts 24:15 Isaiah 55;11).
