Randolph Arrington, Jr., 72, of 2589 Asbury Rd., Cove City died Thursday, February 14, 2019 at CarolinaEast Medical Center.

Family and friends may express condolences at the residence.  

His service is 1:00 PM,  Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at Oscar's Memorial Chapel 1700 Oscar Drive.  The interment with military honors will follow at the Arrington Family Cemetery.

He is survived by his mother, Reverend Susan Arrington of the home; two brothers, Haywood Arrington, Cove City and Ravon Arrington, New Bern; two sisters, Susan Arrington of the home and Joyce Jefferson of Hinesville, GA.

    I am sorry for your loss, please accept my sincere condolences. I hope the family will find some comfort and strength in Jesus promise of the earthly resurrection(Acts 24:15)and the renewed Paradise earth, where death will be no more and no family will mourn the death of a loved one.-Revelation 21:3,4;John 5:28,29;Luke 23:43.     To the family and friends: We're so sorry to hear you are mourning the recent loss of your loved one.  May you find strength  and comfort from the words of Psalms 46:1 which reads: "God is our refuge and strength, A help that is readily found in times of distress." Our loving God is there for us if we ask for his help (1 John 5:14). He didn't intend for us to grow old and die.  He thus has made the SURE promise of a resurrection RIGHT HERE ON EARTH when it is restored to a beautiful paradise (Psalms 37:9-11, 29; Acts 24:15; Isaiah 55;11).
