Corianna Unique Cox, 25, of 820 Haywood Place New Bern died Sunday, January 13, 2019.
The family will receive friends at the residence. Viewing 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM Friday at Oscar's Mortuary.
Funeral service 1:00 PM Friday, January 18, 2019 at St. John M. B. Church 1130 Walt Bellamy Drive. The interment will follow at New Bern Memorial Cemetery.
She is survived by her parents Timothy Cox and Theresa Brockington both of New Bern; two sons, Khimeir Cox and Khirece Cox both of the home; one brother, William Anderson of Stantonsburg, NC; eight sisters, Jalessa Gorganie of Hampton, VA; Natia Reddick of Maryland, TaAsiah Hardesty of Durham, NC, Takala Cox, Monique Cox, Unique Cox, Timeya Cox and Timonee Cox all of New Bern; maternal grandparents Mr. & Mrs William Brockington of Havelock; paternal grandparents Mr. & Mrs. Nolan Cox of New Bern.

I am sorry for your loss, please accept my sincere condolences. I hope the family will find some comfort and strength in Jesus promise of the earthly resurrection(Acts 24:15)and the renewed Paradise earth, where death will be no more and no family will mourn the death of a loved one.-Revelation 21:3,4;John 5:28,29;Luke 23:43. We're so sorry to hear you are mourning the recent loss of your loved one. May you find strength and comfort from the words of Psalms 46:1 which reads: "God is our refuge and strength, A help that is readily found in times of distress."
Our loving God is there for us if we ask for his help (1 John 5:14). He didn't intend for us to grow old and die. He thus has made the SURE promise of a resurrection RIGHT HERE ON EARTH when it is restored to a beautiful paradise (Psalms 37:9-11, 29; Acts 24:15; Isaiah 55;11).
Can you see yourself welcoming back to life your loved ones? What a joy it will bring all of us.
