David Lee Sawyer, 65, of 287 McCotter Rd. Stonewall died Wednesday, December 26, 2018 at his residence.
The family will receive friends at the residence.
The funeral service is 11:00 AM Monday, December 31, 2018 at Undenominational Pentecostal Holiness Church UPHC James City 801 US Highway 70 East New Bern. Burial is 2:00 PM at Coastal Carolina State Veterans Cemetery 110 Montford Rd. Jacksonville.
He is survived by his wife, Shelia Sawyer of the home; one son, Emanuel Sawyer of Georgia; six brothers, Kenneth Sawyer, Jimmy Jarvis, Timmy Jarvis, Myron Jarvis, Rodney Jarvis and James Lewis; seven sisters, Margaret Canady, Linda Sawyer, Cathy Jarvis, Flora Jones, Marvella Jones, Ilene Lewis and Ellen Williams.
