Mrs. Mary Higgins transitioned on November 15, 2018. Her funreal will be held 12:00PM on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at New Zion Missionary Baptist Church. Visitations will start at 11:30AM at the church. Interment will follow in Lakeview Memorial Park. Woodard Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
