My husband & I are truly sorry for your tremendous loss in the passing of Joshua & would like to express our condolences to the entire family. We cannot imagine the great pain & sorrow during this very difficult time. Please find comfort in knowing that God has promised to "swallow up death forever"(Isaiah 25:8) & that he will resurrect our dear loved ones who have passed away.(John 5:28). May your many great memories help you find peace & comfort as you go through the coming days.

Sorry for your loss. Please accept my deepest condolences. When I think of losing a loved one as you have, it brings to mind the promise that the Bible holds out at Revelation 21:3,4 where it says that the Grand Creator Jehovah God will wipe away sickness and death forever and reunite us with our loved ones on a clean earth in the near future.(John 5:28,29; Psalms 83:18) jw.org Website for more encouragement.

We're sorry to hear about your recent loss. May you find strength from the words of Philippians 4:13 which says: "For all things I have the strength through the one who gives me power." What a loving God who cares about each one of us. He didn't intend for us to grow old and die. He thus has made the SURE promise of a resurrection right here on earth when it is restored to a beautiful paradise (Psalms 37:9-11, 29; Acts 24:15; Isaiah 55;11). Can you see yourself welcoming back to life your loved ones? What a joy it will bring all of us. You can go online to JW.ORG and find out more about this resurrection.

To the family and friends of Joshua, I’m so sorry to hear of the passing of your loved one. I hope the words of 1 Cor. 1:3,4 provide reassurance that God is paying attention to your feelings and that we can imitate him by sharing the comfort that we’ve received in times past. “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those in any sort of tribulation through the comfort with which we ourselves are being comforted by God.”
