Joseph N. Ramseur age 78

of Syracuse, New York transitioned on Saturday, October 27, 2018

at the residence of his daughter in Liverpool, New York.

He was born in Lincoln County, North Carolina on August 19, 1940

to the late Joseph Nathaniel Ramseur and Sarah Elizabeth Davidson Ramseur.

 

Funeral service is Saturday, November 3, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in White’s Family Chapel at Ebony & White’s Funeral service with burial to follow in Hollybrook cemetery. The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the service.
