Ms. Doris Campbell Twiggs, 88, of Moultrie, Ga. departed this life on Wednesday, October 3rd at Sunrise Nursing Home in Moultrie, Ga. Funeral services are incomplete at the present time, but they will be announced at a later date pending the completion of the arrangements.
