Mr. Edward L. Singleton ,69, of Tifton, Ga. departed this life Saturday at Tifton Health and Rehabilitation in Tifton, Ga. Funeral services are incomplete at the present time. They will be announced at a later date pending the completion of the arrangements. Please keep the family lifted up in prayer.
