When someone we love dies grief can overtake us like storm clouds that refuse to let the sun shine through. But keep 2Corinthians 4:6 in mind:  "For God is the one who said: “Let the light shine out of darkness,” and he has shone on our hearts to illuminate them with the glorious knowledge of God by the face of Christ." ..... Almighty God has let the light shine through giving us a "a furure and a hope" (Jeremiah 29:11). Our future and hope is in Jesus Christ and the promised resurrection of the dead (Acts 24:15. & John 5:28, 29). We also have the grand promise from Almighty God of endless life on a beautifully restored paradise earth (Isaiah 35:5,6; Isaiah 11:6-9; Isaiah 51:3).... This wonderful hope is a ray of sun shine with a breeze that will blow away the storm clouds of unending grief.

We're sorry to hear about your recent loss. May you find strength from the words of Philippians 4:13 which says: "For all things I have the strength through the one who gives me power." What a loving God who cares about each one of us. He didn't intend for us to grow old and die. He thus has made the SURE promise of a resurrection right here on earth when it is restored to a beautiful paradise (Psalms 37:9-11, 29; Acts 24:15; Isaiah 55;11). Can you see yourself welcoming back to life your loved ones? What a joy it will bring all of us. You can go online to JW.ORG and find out more about this resurrection.
